FY 2025 Investor Presentation

In the latest investor presentation CEO Dr Adrian Kinkaid and interim CFO Stephen Smyth provided a comprehensive overview of Fusion Antibodies performance and strategic direction for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.

Strong Revenue Growth: Unaudited annual revenues rose by 71% to £1.96 million driven by robust performance across both discovery and diagnostic service lines.

OptiMAL® Platform Validation: Fusion's proprietary OptiMAL® platform was successfully demonstrated to identify novel antibodies as part of a collaboration with the U.S. National Cancer Institute. The study confirmed antibody binding underscoring the platform's commercial potential.

Grant Successes and Advancement of OptiPhage™: Continued development of the OptiPhage™ platform is being supported by grant funding through the Future Medicines Institute. A separate £545,000 grant to advance a therapeutic DR5 antibody asset has also been secured.

Strategic Market Positioning: The Company has actively positioned itself for expansion into adjacent markets and diversifying its customer base key steps to mitigate funding volatility within the biotech sector.
